The Basics

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in 100% original condition with the hygiene seal and tags intact. Please note, Checkout+ does not override our policy on Final Sale or discounted items.

Refund Options:

40% or more off / Final Sale All sales final — no returns or exchanges

How to Process a Return or Exchange:

  1. Visit our Return Portal and enter your email address or order number and zip code
  2. Follow the prompts to select your return or exchange
  3. You can check the status of your return or exchange in the portal at any time

    International orders: Returns only — exchanges are not available for international orders.

Return Shipping Fees

  • With Checkout+ → Unlimited free returns & exchanges on eligible items
  • Without Checkout+ → A $7.95 return label fee is deducted from your refund or billed for exchanges

Packaging

Please return items in the original mailer or a similar-sized mailer. Items sent back in oversized packaging will be charged an additional shipping fee based on carrier rates.

Warranty

All of our pieces are handmade in LA and backed by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

What's covered: Manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship under normal, intended use. We will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

What's not covered: Damage from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, rips, or snags from rough surfaces. If damage is due to wear, improper care, or negligence, we can repair it for a reasonable fee.

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Email info@elysiian.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos
  2. Our team will review and may request additional details
  3. If covered, we'll offer a repair, replacement, or refund based on the situation
