Returns & Exchanges

We know how stressful shopping for swimwear can be. We welcome you to try on our swimsuits in your own home and return it within 30 days if it doesn't meet your expectations.
  • Your purchase may be returned within 30 days of date of delivery. 
  • Returns must be sent to us in 100% original condition with the hygiene seal and tags still intact.
  • For refunds to credit cards and PayPal we deduct $6.95 to cover the original shipping costs and the returns handling fee.
  • For purchases with a 20% or more discount, you may only return your item for a full store credit
  • For purchases with a 50% or more discount, all sales are final and we cannot offer a refund

  2. Enter your email address or your order number and zip code
  3. Select Return, select the item(s) you wish to return, and the appropriate reason
  4. Print your return shipping label
  5. Attach your label to your return package and ship your item (instructions included in portal)

If you no longer have the original mailer, please make sure to send back in a similar size mailer (not a box). If not, you could be charged for shipping adjustment fees if they’re applied to the return shipment. This fee is charged by the courier and is based on the weight and dimensions of the package. The prepaid label we provide you with is based on the measurements of the mailer and the weight of the items you’re returning. If you use a different package or ship back additional items, additional shipping charges may be applied due to the increase of weight and dimensions. This fee will be deducted from your return.
For purchases with a 20% or more discount, you may only return your item for a full store credit. For purchases with a 50% or more discount, all sales are final and we cannot offer a refund. If you have any questions regarding fit, sizing, or style please contact our customer service team at info@elysiian.com before placing your order.
All returns need to be made within 30 days from date of delivery and failure to do so will result in your item(s) being denied.
We work hard to ensure all of our items are of the highest quality. In the rare occasion you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please email us right away at info@elysiian.com so we can make it right. 
You can expect your refund to be processed within 3-10 days after delivery. Once you recieve your refund, please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund into your account.
Final sale is when an item is discounted 50% off or more from the original price. These items are not eligible for a return or exchange. This includes all warehouse and sample sale items.

If you need another size or want to exchange for another style please visit our Returns/Exchange Portal and follow the instructions. We do not offer exchanges for international orders, only refunds.

Yes, please visit our return/exchange portal to process your request. 
If you request an item for exchange, your items are not guaranteed in stock and will only be reserved once your return items have been dropped off & scanned at USPS. We suggest dropping off your return ASAP to increase the likelihood that your requested exchange items are still in stock. If your requested items are no longer in stock, you will automatically receive store credit for your return.

Orders & Shipping

Orders are processed within 48 hours Monday through Friday (excluding Saturday, Sundays and Holidays). However, if you placed a pre-order please check the product description of the item to find the shipping date. Once your order is fulfilled you will receive an email within 24 hours with your tracking number. This will allow you to see the status of your delivery. Please note, it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. 
US SHIPPING
  • For standard (free) shipping, please allow to 3-5 business days once in transit
  • For express shipping please allow 1-2 business days once in transit 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
  • Shipping fees and transit times are calculated at checkout and based on the shipping destination
  • Orders ship within 48hrs, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Shipping labels are printed and processed 1- 2 days prior to carriers receiving shipment

An email notification with the tracking number is sent once your order ships. 

Once an order is placed, the fulfillment process has already begun. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to make any changes. Please email us right away at info@elysiian.com.
A pre-order item is one that you order before we have it in our inventory. Payment for pre-order items will be charged at the time of checkout. You may cancel up until the time your order has been processed. To cancel, email us at info@elysiian.com.
We will ship your order once all items are available. If you wish to receive your available item before the pre-ordered one, please email us at info@elysiian.com.
Items purchased at full price within 10 days of being moved to a promotion are eligible for a store credit refund for the difference in price. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit and cannot be applied retroactively. Your store credit never expires.
All of our prices are displayed in US dollars. The currency can be changed with the dropdown menu in the right hand corner of the screen.
Any order placed with a Gift with Purchase may be returned for a refund or store credit during the 30 day return window.  Please include the gifted product with the return to receive the full refund value for your purchase.  Otherwise, the refund will be adjusted based on the retail value of the gift.

If the order includes sale items, we do not allow additional discounts.  Also, promotional codes cannot be combined. 

We offer free domestic shipping for orders over $100. For international orders, the shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination. 
Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours. We generally deliver all domestic orders in 3-5 business days. For international orders please allow 7-15 business days. If your order was a pre-order, please check the product description of the style to find out when it will ship.
If you purchase from outside of the USA, you may be responsible for all customs and duties associated with your purchase. This is out of our control as we are legally required to declare the full value paid for all orders on the customs form. For more detailed information, we recommend contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Within the USA, we can ship to a PO BOX. However, we cannot ship international orders to a PO BOX.

As of March 2, 2022 we offer Easyship Shipping Protection with every order, which covers items/packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If you opt out of Easyship Shipping Protection before placing your order, you accept that ELYSIIAN is not liable for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Products & Sizing

Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Do not use strong detergent, fabric softeners or bleach. Never leave to soak. Squeeze, do not wring or twist your suit. Avoid rough surfaces and excessive contact with sunscreen oils. Do not iron or tumble dry. Lay flat to dry.

All of our styles are made in small quantities which means each piece is extra special. The majority of our pieces are limited edition and once sold out will not be returning in the future.
