How to start a return or exchange

Visit the return portal and enter your email address (or order number) and zip code.

Follow the prompts to select your item and reason. You'll receive a return label by email.

Drop off your package and check your return status anytime in the portal.

12-month warranty

    

All pieces are handmade in LA and backed by a 12-month warranty from your purchase date.

Covered — manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship under normal use. We'll repair or replace at our discretion.

Not covered — damage from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, rips, or snags. We can repair these for a reasonable fee.
